Britney Spears?s workouts consist of burning the excess fat around tummy, legs and arms. She works out five days a week. Whenever she is not performing or shooting the videos she never misses her daily regime of exercises. She loves to target her core muscles when she works out. She engages the mid section of her body and has planned a bunch of belly flattening exercises.

She dances a lot and that?s how she does her cardio exercises. Her dance includes a lot of plyometric moves which help her to build a lot of strength. These exercises also include a lot of skipping, hopping, jumping and many more. Britney spears also does a lot of weight training which enhances her coordination, endurance and stability. Due to all these fitness programs Britney was able to tone her body and flaunt her abs even after giving birth to two children years before.

Can anyone tell me how to set up a healthy diet and workout program im 13 5’6 and about 155 lb and I want to loose weight I enjoy working out we have alot of equipment and I know how to use it all but I want to have a plan so I can do it everyday..
