Britney’s diet is mainly junk food. But during the time when she was preparing for her comeback tour, she had to switch to a healthier diet which consisted of six small meals a day of specially prepared organic food – chicken, salads, vegetables and other low-fat fare.She would also get pampering treatments for encouragement and appearance such as facials, hair and skin care treatments.To get in shape she would Work out with a trainer, three times a day, five days a week. She was advised  to do a staggering 1000 stomach crunches a day on her own! Talk about excessive! I dont know how she did it. Her diet mainly consisted of eating healthy chicken, salmon and rice, but she stays away from fruits or fruit juice because of the sugar content! You would think diet pros would advise against processesd foods and not fruits.
